About the role
This position independently performs a variety of skilled building maintenance and repair work as a regular and continuing work assignment; may supervise one or more building maintenance helpers or other helpers assisting in the work; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Legal Authorization To Work: Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- Experience and Training: Four (4) years of work experience in performing a variety of building maintenance repair work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Driver's License: Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
- Special Requirement: Some positions require the ability to lift and carry objects of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Clearance: Required for positions requiring unescorted access to secured areas at the harbor.
