Building Maintenance Worker
Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Under general supervision of the nursing supervisor, and in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures, performs professional nursing duties to mentally ill patients. Serves nurse on assigned shift on an in-patient adult residential unit.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Illinois
- Ability to provide direct nursing care to patients in a psychiatric setting
- Moderate to heavy effort in the lifting of patients
- The ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, peers, medical staff and general public
