Responsibilities
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Spring & fall property cleans ups
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Maintain good working relationship with building owner/tenants
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields to include but not limited to: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Irrigation, Building Control & Security Systems
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Minor carpentry
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Light Interior Demolition
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Must Haves: Set of basic hand tools "Can Do" attitude
- Valid Driver License
- Owned, reliable transportation
