We are a company dedicated to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Our Building Maintenance Techs are responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and ensuring the five-star appearance of all buildings on our property.

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing inside and outside windows
• Minimal painting of fences
• Fence repair
• Cleaning rooftops and gutters
• Removing cobwebs from exterior buildings
• Some mold and mildew treatment
• General maintenance tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some vocational courses related to the position
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Regular and consistent attendance required
• Must work well with other team members, managers, and guests

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills
• Basic math knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot and make appropriate decisions
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
