Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance duties such as repairing broken equipment, replacing ceiling tiles, painting, etc.
- Possess strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
- Perform conference room set ups and break downs
- Ensure building is appropriately secured at the end of shift
- Respond to work order requests and assist with preventive maintenance tasks
- Perform removal of snow/ice as necessary
Qualifications & Education
- Successful candidate will have prior hands on Maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, construction, or related experience
- Must have knowledge of power tools and other equipment and a valid NYS Driver License
- Must be able to work occasionally over time, have strong work ethic including safety conscious
