Pay
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience) + shift differentials and on-call incentives
Schedule
Full-TimeMonday through FridayRotating shifts as operational needs requireParticipation in an on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing facility equipment and building systems
- Completing preventative maintenance assignments to minimize downtime
- Addressing maintenance requests in resident apartments and common areas
- Assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Identifying potential safety concerns and recommending solutions
- Helping maintain an attractive, functional, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
Required
- 1-3 years of facility, building, or maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
- HVAC maintenance or repair experience
- Technical school coursework or Associate degree in a related field
