Pay
$22.10 – $27.40 Hourly
Schedule
The scheduled hours for the role are Sunday through Thursday from 2:30–11:00 pm, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

Do you enjoy maintaining buildings, HVAC equipment and facilities equipment to keep the business operating efficiently? Grandscape’s Building Maintenance Technician II is the position for you. Our world-class retail and destination lifestyle center offers multiple opportunities for you to put your skills to work.
A Day in the Life
- Maintain: perform basic repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry including lighting, drywall, painting and door hardware
- Monitor: complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs for HVAC and fire suppression systems throughout the property
- Plan: conduct daily property inspections to include roofs, restrooms, lighting, signage, and service yards
- Assist: support the set up and tear down of event spaces
- Safety: inspect, maintain and service exterior systems and equipment and perform seasonal snow removal and ice treatment

Qualifications
Can You Check These Boxes?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience required
- Technical or trade school classes in related field required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Basic carpentry skills preferred
- Painting skills preferred
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred
- Plumbing knowledge preferred
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
