Building Maintenance Supervisor

Position Responsibilities

• Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Oversees and provides guidance to the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards and budget are met.
• Captures and coordinates Maintenance work.
• Provides Maintenance Trainee training.
• Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks.
• Performs the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus.
• Performs maintenance, repairs and installations on various equipment.
• Maintains, replace, build, adjusts and modifies the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area clean.
• Secures all equipment, as needed.
• Completes all necessary reports and paperwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Experience in a Warehouse and / or production environment.
• Experience in maintenance warehouse and / or production environment within foodservice industry preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
