About the role
The Building Maintenance Specialist - Skilled Nursing is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all areas of the facility.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing fixtures.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in building maintenance or a similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer literacy.

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
