Building Maintenance Position

About the role

Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout district buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across district buildings and facilities
• Troubleshoot building systems and equipment issues
• Operate maintenance tools, equipment, and vehicles safely
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings for snow and ice removal when needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and building systems
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable and reliable
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles
