Building Maintenance/Mechanic Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on facilities, equipment, and property.
• Complete general building maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of general maintenance, mechanical, or related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including stooping, bending, crouching, climbing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Schedule and Benefits
