Responsibilities
Commendable skills in building maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of all facilities
- Maintaining HVAC systems
- Performing routine repairs and installations
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with energy-efficient practices
- Knowledge of ADA compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
Essential skills required for this role include:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
