BUILDING MAINTENANCE- HANDYMAN

Responsibilities

• Perform handyman tasks, including:
• Basic electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures and outlets).
• Plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures).
• Carpentry work (e.g., repairing doors, windows, and furniture).
• Drywall repairs (e.g., patching holes and repainting).
• Maintenance of HVAC systems (e.g., changing filters and troubleshooting issues).
• Painting and touch-up work for interiors and exteriors.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex facility issues.
