Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and structures to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Audit electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems for safety and efficiency.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Communicate with property owners and contractors regarding inspection results and necessary improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in construction or inspection.
• Experience with common building inspection tools and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and report writing.

Pay

$30-$35 per hour based on experience.

Schedule
