Building Exclusion and Structural Sealing Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed sealing and structural exclusion work across residential and commercial sites.
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to secure properties against environmental and pest entry.
• Follow all company safety procedures and consistently utilize provided safety equipment on site.
• Communicate effectively with field operations team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain care of assigned tools, equipment, and company vehicles during daily field operations.
• Participate actively in mentorship and paid training programs to continually advance your skills.

Required What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
• Ability to work comfortably onsite in field conditions and perform physical hands on labor.
• High level of reliability, coachability, and eagerness to learn specialized exclusion techniques.
• Prior experience working on both residential and commercial structures (preferred).
