Building Enclosure Project Manager (Engineer)

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in designing and implementing building enclosure projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction of building enclosures
• Manage project teams and ensure project milestones are met
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building enclosure projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other building software
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license preferred
• Experience with sustainable building practices
• Knowledge of green building standards and certifications
