About the role
Lead a team of professionals in designing and implementing building enclosure projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design and construction of building enclosures
- Manage project teams and ensure project milestones are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building enclosure projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other building software
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer license preferred
- Experience with sustainable building practices
- Knowledge of green building standards and certifications

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
