About the role
Lead a team of professionals in designing and implementing building enclosure projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design and construction of building enclosures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project teams, including coordination with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building enclosure engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with sustainable building practices and green building technologies.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.

Pay
$75,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
