About the role

Lead a team of professionals in designing and implementing building enclosure projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee design and construction of building enclosures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project teams, including coordination with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building enclosure engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with sustainable building practices and green building technologies.
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
