About the role
A full-time cleaner responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment communities.
Responsibilities
- Clean common areas of the apartment building including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, and laundry rooms
- Sweep and mop throughout the building including the club house
- Assist with move-in/move-out cleaning as needed
- Clean vacant units
- Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces
- Empty trash bins in common areas
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to property manager
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Great communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
