Building Controls Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Controls Technician at our Indianapolis, IN site. The technician works closely with facility maintenance personnel, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain and improve building control strategies, diagnose system issues, and support capital and operational projects. VISA sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. This role will be on site at the Corteva location. This position operates in office, laboratory, industrial, and mechanical room environments. Occasional after-hours support may be required for critical facility systems, outages, commissioning activities, and emergency response situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems including boilers, chillers, air handlers, exhausters, water treatment systems, and Building Management Systems
• Utilize expertise in electrical, instrumentation, water and airflow systems, and controls systems to diagnose equipment problems.
• Investigate and resolve Building Automation System alarms, communication failures, and control system issues.
• Maintain accurate control system graphics, point databases, and network documentation.
