Building Concrete Foreman/ Concrete Finisher/ Concrete Carpenter/ Concrete Laborer

Summary Of Position

Kinsley is expanding its Building team out of our North East, MD location and seeking experienced professionals for multiple roles:

• CONCRETE WORKING FOREMAN: A leadership role overseeing concrete construction projects.
• CONCRETE FINISHER: Tasked with setting concrete forms, operating finishing equipment, and installing rebar or mesh.
• CONCRETE CARPENTER: Responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing building frameworks and fixtures using wood and other materials.
• CONCRETE LABORER: Supports all phases of concrete construction, from site preparation to finishing.

Requirements

• CONCRETE WORKING FOREMAN: Previous experience directing a workforce is required.
• CONCRETE FINISHER: Minimum of 3 years of experience in finishing concrete is required.
• CONCRETE CARPENTER: Basic math skills to properly measure for the number of materials needed.
• CONCRETE LABORER: Prior experience with construction, masonry, or concrete work is helpful.
