About the role
The Building Cleanliness Technician is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in public spaces.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Perform regular cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues to supervisors immediately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for manual labor
- Basic computer skills
