The Facilities Cleaner at Troubadour Golf & Field Club is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and inviting environment within the prestigious residential community. Key responsibilities include:

1. Performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and window cleaning.
2. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and stocking supplies as needed.
3. Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and emptying trash receptacles as required.
4. Cleaning and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and free of damage or stains.
5. Responding to clubhouse management requests for immediate cleaning needs or special cleaning projects.
6. Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
7. Fulfilling day-to-day laundering of pool, spa & salon and fitness linen and terry.

Qualifications include:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Driver's License.
• At least 6 months of previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Proven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to apply them in the workplace.
• Safety conscious at all times in use of machinery and chemicals to avoid injury to self and others.
• An attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clubhouse.

Additional requirements include:

• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• The ability to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• The ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
