Janitorial Cleaner / Custodian

Schedule: On-site every Tuesday and Thursday during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Cleaning must be completed before 2:30 PM. Additional deep-cleaning services are required semiannually in April and October. Summary: The Janitorial Cleaner shall provide routine cleaning and sanitation services at the DeQueen Project Office in De Queen, Arkansas. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, maintaining floors, removing trash, replenishing supplies, and supporting semiannual deep-cleaning and pressure-washing services. Requirements: Must have experience providing commercial or government facility janitorial servicesMust be knowledgeable in cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handlingMust be able to operate cleaning equipment and perform physical cleaning dutiesMust comply with facility security, safety, quality-control, and background-check requirements Duties: Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfacesCollect trash, replace liners, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain sanitary conditionsVacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and clean fixtures and entrance areasPerform scheduled semiannual deep cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing of designated exterior areas Powered by JazzHR Aw0hGDXo8b
