Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, analyze and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS) and remote connections.
• Respond to alarms and alerts to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Monitor critical temperature and humidity devices and assist with their inspection and calibration.
• Aid in inventory management and record sensor and control device data.
• Travel to other Cleveland Clinic locations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience with HVAC or BAS.
• Strong customer service background.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Color acuity sufficient for distinguishing color-coded signage and systems.
