Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager to lead projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout. The role involves managing schedule, budget, field teams, subcontractors, and client coordination across various facility types.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAS projects end-to-end (planning, execution, closeout)
• Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams
• Track schedules, job costs, materials and change orders
• Oversee submittals, installation sequencing, startup, and commissioning

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years managing BAS/controls projects
• Strong understanding HVAC Controls and DDC systems
• Experience with platforms such as Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider
• Ability to read plans, specs, and control sequences
• Strong communication and field coordination skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Projects; ERP or project software a plus

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years managing BAS/controls projects

Pay

• $85,000 - $115,000
