Building Automation Project Manager (DDC/BAS)

Description

The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects within the Building Automation/Temperature Controls business division, with support from a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Gather and maintain equipment submittals and project documents.
• Ensure project contract documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Analyze job reports using company reporting tools.
• Recognize and address changes to project scope, schedules, and job site factors.
• Maintain project schedules using MS Project software.
• Manage and execute contractual obligations in line with LONG project management procedures.
• Order equipment based on approved submittals.
• Schedule personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements and schedules.
• Participate in work-in-progress meetings and prepare status reports.
• Direct preparation and maintenance of project schedules.
• Review financial performance of specific jobs.
• Inspect job sites and visit customer locations.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $72,800 - $83,200, plus commission.
