Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding HVAC systems.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
• Train new employees on HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in HVAC preferred.
