About the role

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding their HVAC systems.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
• Train new technicians and assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
