Building Automation Systems Account Executive – Applied Controls
Job Overview
The BAS Account Executive will serve as the liaison between Applied Controls and their customers. Their core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. This role is intended to prepare candidates for a leadership position within Applied Controls.
Position Overview
The BAS Account Executive will manage projects sold, work diligently to negotiate with customers, General Contractors, Applied Controls Engineers, Technicians, and Subcontractors, and complete projects efficiently and within the estimated budget. They will also attend project construction meetings and maintain relationships with General Contractors as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-years of experience in a BAS sales-driven, account management position
- Leadership experience a plus
- Outgoing personality; excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, results driven mentality
- Technology proficient
- Team Player
