Your Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic trade associates.
- Leverage BSH position in the market to increase revenue through specification.
- Identify and pursue key business channels such as architecture firms, developers, contractors, designers, and marketing firms.
- Afford support for trade-specific events to maintain and enhance product knowledge and market awareness.
- Collaborate with the established sales team to achieve sales growth in both single family and multifamily building segments.
- Manage and organize ongoing product presentations to key business channel professionals.
- Manage the execution of lead generation services.
- Manage all aspects of builder account relationships with appropriate dealers and district sales managers.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field – Required
- 5-7 years of experience (trade-focused experience) – Required
- Previous experience selling to residential and commercial builders preferred, preferably the sale of appliance products.
- Proven track record of achieving maximum sales results through successful customer interactions and prospect development.
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Frequent travel required, including some overnight stays and weekends.
- Must have an active driver’s license in good standing with the DMV.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay range depends on the metro area in Texas that the candidate lives.
- The exact compensation offered may vary based on specific skillset and work location.
- If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, payments range from 0% to 200% of target, with details outlined in the plan document.

- Employees receive two weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions, with vacation entitlement increasing based on years of service with BSH. Directors and above receive unlimited paid vacation.
- Employees receive 12 days of paid holidays per year (maximum 8 hours paid per day).
- The company provides ongoing product training, uniforms, computer tablets, cell phones, and a company vehicle for eligible positions.
