Responsibilities
- Assemble and install metal building structures and components used in industrial and commercial applications
- Install doors, windows, HVAC units, panels, framing, and other structural or mechanical components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to determine build requirements
- Perform detailed assembly work to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer standards
- Verify materials and hardware to confirm completeness prior to shipment
- Complete required production documentation, quality checks, and shipping paperwork accurately
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and other material‑handling equipment
- Load, unload, position, and secure building materials and finished assemblies for transport
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping
- Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery timelines
- Work independently when required while remaining aligned with team goals
- Adapt to changing priorities, production schedules, design changes, and unexpected challenges
Requirements
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands‑on trade
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly, installation processes, and use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
- Ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and moving heavy materials
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings
- Dependable attendance and ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
- Day: 6:00 am – 4:30pm
- Night: 5:00 pm – 3:30 am
- Weekend: 5:00 am – 5:00 pm
