Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pays attention to detail.
• Absolutely must be able to read simple blue prints.
• Must be able to use measuring devices with accuracy.
• Loads, unloads, lifts, and moves material.
• Sands, assembles, cuts, glues, and sprays various products.
• May be trained to act as forklift operator to assist with material movement.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
• Follows instructions based on work instructions.
• Identifies damages and reports shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Complies with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Helps maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Performs any other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Able to work overtime as needed.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work in a varying temperature in a warehouse environment.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures, heights, and loud machinery or equipment.
• Exposed to hazardous chemicals.
• Variety of work environments may include use of staircase to get to and from assigned work area.
