Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assembly assistance at any sequence level, achieving flawless results with limited supervision.
- Accurately position metal products according to detailed drawings and measurements.
- Successfully implement basic construction principles, ensuring everything is square, level, and plumb.
- Fasten metal products together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
- Assist with repairs and rework as directed to ensure world-class quality before shipment.
- Contribute to a workplace environment that fosters pride, customer focus, and individual responsibility.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcome.
Schedule
6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, with an additional up to 10 hours on Fridays.
