About the role

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overall operational excellence of a single Buffalo Wild Wing's restaurant including recruiting and training of both management and hourly team members, daily execution of safety/sanitation, quality food preparation and guest service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead and train employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
