Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, business, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation, extraction, and product development
- Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation
- Understanding of customer service and relationship management
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
