Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new processes and technologies within the cannabis industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide expert guidance to customers and partners on regulatory and operational matters
• Contribute to the growth and success of the company through innovative thinking and problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, biology, business, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation, extraction, and product development
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
