Responsibilities
- Analyze client requests for financial assistance
- Aid clients in creating a personal spending plan for their family
- Collaborate with staff members and experienced counselors to determine the best course of action for assistance
- Provide financial assistance within casework policies
- Maintain compassion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Commit to the team for a minimum of 6 months
- Complete NMCRS Orientation and Training
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities, including staff, clients and fellow volunteers
- Must complete Client Services Specialist training first (approx. 1-2 months)

Pay

Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 12:00 PST
- Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 16:00 PST
