About the role
The Budget Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and reporting processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and reports.
- Monitor budget performance against actual results and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of budgets with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present financial analyses and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software such as Excel and budgeting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
