Budget Analyst

Location: Rufus, OR

About the Position

Performs procedural and technical work involving preparation, submission, and ongoing execution of the assigned portion of the Operations and Maintenance budget. This encompasses several independent operating multi-purpose hydroelectric power-producing civil works projects, as well as dredging, Plant Replacement and Improvement Program (PRIP), and Emergency Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage the Operations and Maintenance budget for hydroelectric power projects.
• Oversee budget execution for dredging, Plant Replacement and Improvement Program (PRIP), and Emergency Management initiatives.
