Budget Analyst

About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial transaction processing
• Monitor budgets and expenditures
• Contribute to strategic financial planning
• Reconcile financial reports and account activity
• Process employee reimbursements and invoice payments
• Track fiscal activity through university and Foundation financial systems
• Support purchasing, receiving, procurement card management, and contract administration
• Assist with onboarding and departmental initiatives
• Ensure fiscal accountability, compliance with university policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality and discretion
