Budget Analyst

We are seeking a Budget Analyst to support marketing budget management, forecasting, invoice tracking, and financial reporting for a major entertainment organization. This role partners closely with media, creative, marketing, and finance teams to provide clear visibility into spending and ensure budgets are accurately tracked and reported. Responsibilities Analyze marketing spend and provide budget snapshots and financial insights to key stakeholdersPrepare budget forecasts and expense reporting for senior leadershipTrack invoices and expenses against approved marketing budgetsConsolidate monthly expense forecasts across multiple teamsBuild and maintain budget trackers, reporting tools, templates, and dashboardsAssist with month-end and quarter-end reconciliationsPartner cross-functionally with media, creative, marketing, and finance teamsImprove budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processesPerform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field4-5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experienceStrong budgeting, forecasting, and invoice/expense reporting experienceAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skillsExperience managing large datasets, spreadsheets, trackers, and forecasting modelsHighly analytical and detail-orientedStrong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teamsComfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have SQL experienceTableau or similar dashboard/reporting experienceExperience supporting marketing, media, or entertainment-related budgets Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
