Duties & Responsibilities
- Review end of the month billing.
- Avoid questions and issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Aid with tracking and billing systems.
- Generate and review customer billing reports.
- Track annual budget expenditures.
- Facilitate weekly budget meetings.
- Work closely with HHS Budget team to gather information and perform detailed analysis of billing trends and meeting contractual agreements.
- Successfully identify, classify, prioritize and resolve issues.
- Research, gather, articulate, refine and document financial information.
- Aid in submitting Mid-Year review.
- Review quarterly budget upload.
- Review and submit the NOR monthly.
- Review and submit the Spend Plan.
- Deliver informative, well-organized presentations.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs)
- Work effectively with Government leadership, technical personnel, and contractor staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Show strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process high volumes of work.
- Show proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience managing programs and/or projects.
Preferred Experience
- Supporting federal budget, finance, or accounting operations.
- Supporting contract financial management.
- Preparing spend plans, budget uploads, or financial forecasts.
- Coordinating with Government budget offices or financial stakeholders.
- Show advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Preparing executive reports and presentations.
- Show strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check, and pre-employment drug testing.
