Air Force Civilian Service helps shape the future of national defense through discovery, innovation, and dedication. The AFCS is seeking a full‑time Budget Analyst (GG‑0560‑11) to work in the 90th Cyberspace Operations Squadron (COS) at Joint Base San Antonio‑Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas. This is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position governed by 10 U.S.C. § 1601, Chapter 83 and DoD Instruction 1400.25‑V2007. Depending on whether the appointment is competitive or excepted, the incumbent will serve either a 1‑year probationary period or a 2‑year trial period.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a budget analyst in the 90 COS resource management office.
• Perform budget functions involving the formulation, execution, and/or analysis of budgets.
