BTS Associate Software Engineer II - AI

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Lead end-to-end design, deployment, and user adoption of AI-powered tools.
• Cooordinating Jira workflows to support transparent execution and on-time delivery.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate workflow needs into AI-enabled solutions that improve daily execution.
• Define quality standards, validation criteria, and review processes for AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance-aligned use.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; perform data and process modeling; support change management initiatives.
• Review and route system change requests; develop detailed implementation specifications; communicate updates to management.
• Cordinate and conduct system testing (validated and non-validated); support user training and educational materials.
• Produce reports and analysis from client databases to verify project outcomes and satisfy user requests.
• Monitor and audit system use; execute system control practices for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience, or Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI development, Large Language Models, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise platform adoption strategies.
• Experience conducting IT audits, identifying control gaps, and delivering remediation recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliverables-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to collaborative, inclusive team environments.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on manyfactors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
