BT Supervisor

Located in Bellevue, Washington, we serve individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 18 years of age. Our multidisciplinary team has served over 2,000 patients.

About the Role

The BT Supervisor oversees a group of Behavior Technician staff at ICAN, handling all management duties, including onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing support in conjunction with the ABA Management and Training Team. Alongside other members of the ABA Management Team, the BT Supervisor ensures the sustainability and quality of ABA treatment programs offered at ICAN.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a caseload of clients, including direct intervention sessions as an RBT, according to established sustainability goals.
• Ongoing management of a group of Behavior Technicians, including:
  • Approving timesheets and completing payroll spreadsheets bi-weekly.
  • Conducting monthly check-ins with each staff member.
  • Being available to address concerns, questions, or issues from Behavior Technician staff.
  • Communicating with the Director and/or HR to problem-solve issues as needed.
• Support in the onboarding of Behavior Technician staff, including:
  • Assisting with interviews of BT staff as needed.
  • Coordinating first-week schedules and training needs.
  • Monitoring progress on RBT trainings.
  • Ensuring completion and submission of CBT applications and monitoring their status.
  • Conducting first-week, first-month, and 90-day check-ins for each new staff member.
• Implementation of departmental policies as determined by ICAN.
• Attends and represents ICAN at marketing and community events.
• Supervision of revenue attainment and growth under the direct guidance of the ABA Management Team.
• Leads team trainings and meetings on clinical, administrative, and operational topics for ABA staff.
• Collaborates and problem-solves on issues impacting both program and departmental sustainability.
• Prioritizes and schedules work tasks independently.
• Maintains clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and state guidelines.
• Implements procedural changes immediately and with high fidelity.
• Manages staff and collaborates with rehab providers regularly and effectively.

Requirements

• One of the following:
  • Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and current Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Washington.
  • Current Licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) in the State of Washington.
  • Current Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and current Licensure as a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in the State of Washington, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, preferably with experience in direct service implementation.
• Passing background screening and verification.
