About Succeed ABA
Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both experienced and entry-level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs). Our team approach includes constant trainings and support to ensure each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21 and pride ourselves on high communication, support, and guidance to help each therapist feel confident in their role.
About the Role
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build skills that promote independence throughout their lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of clients
Requirements
- Must have ABA experience
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other required training certifications
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Comfortable working in a team environment or independently, depending on the program
Pay
$18.00–$26.00 per hour
