Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. Our team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. About the Role

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client

Requirements

• Must have ABA experience
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Comfortable working in a team environment or independently depending on program

Pay

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
