About the role

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism, hiring both experienced and entry-level behavior therapists and Behavior Technicians (BTs). The team approach emphasizes constant training and support so each therapist can deliver the highest level of care. Succeed ABA provides primarily in‑home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1‑21, priding itself on high levels of communication, support, and guidance to help therapists feel confident in their role. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build skills that promote independence throughout life.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

Requirements

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents
