About Succeed ABA

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider for children with Autism. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. Our team approach includes constant trainings and support so each therapist can deliver services with the highest level of care. We hire both experienced and entry-level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs).

About the Role

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build skills for greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of clients

Requirements

• Must have ABA experience
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other required training certifications
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Comfortable working in a team environment or independently, depending on the program

Pay

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
