About the role
Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT. Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
Requirements
- Must have ABA experience
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
